Engineering Building V
NC State University

Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee has partnered with HOK to design the new Engineering V Building on Centennial Campus. Located on the west side of the oval, the 205,000 square foot building will house the departments of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering and Nuclear Engineering. The facility will include classrooms, teaching and research labs, distance learning spaces, a studentlounge and graduate and faculty offices.

Allied Health Building – Advanced Planning 
Vance-Granville Community College
Vance-Granville Community College selected Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee for advanced planning services for a 40,000 square foot Allied Health classroom and lab building, and the renovation of two existing buildings on the main campus.

South Road Pedestrian Bridge
UNC-Chapel Hill
Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee was chosen to design a pedestrian bridge that will provide expedited travel across South Road between the student gathering area known as the “Pit” and Stadium Drive. The bridge will pass through the woods on the south side of South Road and is proposed to terminate at the outdoor dining terrace adjacent to Daniels Student Stores.

Davis Library Renovations to First and Second Floors
UNC-Chapel Hill
The Davis Library is a major learning and research asset for the University. Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee was chosen to renovate the first and second floors to more effectively address the requirements and preferences of University library users and staff. Changes may include the development of a learning commons and a cafe.
