Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee Featured in Green Business Quarterly Magazine

Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee was featured in the Spring 2008 issue of Green Business Quarterly magazine. The article focuses on how the firm has become a leader of sustainable design in the southeast. Providing green design is an important strategy that PBC+L architects utilize toward maximizing construction dollars. “Green has been a priority of ours for years,” says Richard Fort, a senior associate at PBC+L. “Our designs are often tempered with a common sense approach to green that won’t break the bank.”

Projects featured in the article include Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee projects at the Northern Wake Campus of Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, the first multiple-building all-LEED community college campus in the nation, and Carrington Hall at UNC-Chapel Hill, which was the first LEED certified project in the 17-institution UNC system.  Read full article…
